COD stands for cash on delivery.

We at Digital India encourage you to use all of the payment gateway partners’ options, including debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, UPIs, and wallets, while making purchases online. If you would still like to use the Cash on Delivery option, we still offer it, but only for specific pincodes and with the following restrictions.

a) A flat fee of Rs. 120 (one hundred and twenty rupees) would be charged for COD if the cart value was less than Rs. 1000 (one thousand rupees).

b) A flat fee of Rs. 180 (one hundred and eighty rupees) would be charged for COD if the cart value was less than Rs. 5000 (five thousand rupees) and more than Rs. 1000 (one thousand rupees).

c) A flat COD fee of Rs. 300 would be imposed if the cart value was higher than Rs. 5000 (five thousand rupees) but less than Rs. 50,000 (fifty thousand).

COD charges will appear on the invoice under Shipping and Handling Fee when the order has been confirmed. The COD option is accessible if our courier partner offers COD in your location; if not, only the prepaid option will be available.

NOTE: The courier firm assumes responsibility for any missing packages in the event of natural catastrophes, uncontrollable activities, or tragic situations. Additionally, processing refunds takes time.
