No Returns, No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the goods that Product.sachinlohia.com sells. No refunds will be given for any reason. Product.sachinlohia.com sells all of its products as-is, with no guarantees. You attest that you have read and comprehended our no-refunds policy by placing your order.

Revocation by the Client:

We will do all in our power to help you with the refund if, regrettably, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it OR if it is not dispatched. In the event that your order is canceled, your refund will be processed and credited within 7 days to theoriginal payment method, and you will receive the money back from the original source. It may take up to 7-8 working days for your source to realize the reimbursement.

We will reimburse the whole money if you cancel your order before your product is sent (if it was a pre-paid order).

After deducting the delivery costs (if the order was pre-paid), we will reimburse the whole amount if you decide to cancel your order after your product has been shipped. Please take note that this also applies to the FREE SHIPPING OPTION. This is because we are responsible for paying the courier company’s fees after the merchandise is dispatched.
